Bio / Bibliography:

John Geraets was born and educated in Auckland, where he gained a Ph.D. in English in 1982. His writing has appeared in a range of magazines. He spent some time in Japan in the latter part of the 1990s and has had four books of published to date. From 2000 through 2002 he served as editor of brief, a quarterly magazine of innovative writing produced by The Writers Group.
